Clean, great engine & Drives great

Been always wanting a quad cab. Came across this beauty and fell in love. Bought the v6 3.7 which at 1st I thought would be a little less powerful but I was wrong. Strong truck thru and thru... 2nd if you take care of this truck, you can EASILY put over 200k miles on her. Typical trucks this old definitely rust on the frame. Not this one. When I purchased, there was still factory paint on the frame!!! Inside is beautiful and lots of room - 4.0
Keeps on truckin'

I bought this truck with 200k miles on it 3 years ago and have since used it to tow a car from TX to GA, to pick up a motorcycle in NC and bring it to GA, to tow a truck from one side of the state to the other and countless work trips carrying materials and furniture. This is not my daily driver but she does get used quite often and always doing some type of work. I'm so impressed with this truck! She's banged up a bit but never lets me down. I'm sad 2011 was the last year of the Dakota because it's the only mid sized truck you can get with a V8, manual transmission and 5.6ft bed paired with 4 doors. The only issue I've had is a substantial power steering fluid leak that recently began (rack n pinion I believe) but for this amount of mileage, it's not the worst. Engine and transmission are strong and never miss a beat (4.7l, 6spd manual). Until they make a comparable truck, I'll be keeping this one. - 4.0
Wish they still made dakota I would trade rust

Rust around rear panel about wheels. Drivers seat has some tears in it. Passenger seat is fine and rear seats were used one time. Tires are all good. Front tires have about 7000 miles back tire's have about17000 miles
